Calibration Service
For
several years now, our company has a background in measuring technique
(measuring instruments, calibrating equipment, colleagues with
metrology knowledge), which makes it possible to calibrate the
measuring equipment which is used in development and production and, by
means of that, to calibrate our products. Recently, a new demand arose
on the part of our customers that we should supply our products with a
calibration certificate.
To satisfy that demand we developed our calibration laboratory in 2003
and 2004, which is suitable for the calibration of all of our products,
but we are ready to calibrate products and measuring instruments of
other companies too.
Our calibration laboratory is suitable for the calibration of the following measuring instruments:
Calibration activities
The calibration of digital and analogue multimeters:
- Measurement of direct voltage
- Measurement of the effective value of a sinusoidal alternating voltage
- Measurement of direct current
- Measurement of the effective value of a sinusoidal alternatingcurrent
- Measurement of direct-current resistance in 2 and/or 4 wire connection
The calibration of decade resistance boxes:
- The
decade with the greatest place value of the measure of the resistance
that can be calibrated cannot be greater than 100MΩ, and the decade
with the smallest place value cannot be less than 0,1Ω
The calibration of temperature indicators with thermocouple inputs:
- Such temperature-indicator digital instruments, to which thermocouples of B, C , E, J, K, L, N, R, S, T types can be connected
The calibration of temperature indicators with resistance thermometer input:
- Such
temperature-indicator digital instruments, to which platinum-
resistance thermometers with a nominal resistance of 100Ω and a
characteristic of Pt-385 can be connected
The calibration procedure of electric power meters:
- The calibration of electric power meters with analogue or digital
displays
The calibration procedure of manometers:
- The calibration of manometers which indicate the measured pressure
directly and have a flexible sensor which has an upper measurement limit in the
range of 50mbar%70bar. From the point of view of applying this procedure, the
manometer is a mechanical manometer, which operates on the principle of elastic
deformation of its sensor. The procedure does not apply to the calibration of
manometers, which have a special way of operation like, for example,
variometers, blood pressure gauge and barometers without a connecting element
The calibration procedure of pressure remote transmitters:
- The calibration of pressure remote transmitters which have a pressure
range of 0-600bar and linear characteristics with 0…20mA, 4…20mA output signals
